Domel manufactures a variety of brushless blowers in one-, two- or three-stage configurations and with tangential or radial discharge of working air.
Domel manufactures a variety of brushless blowers in one-, two- or three-stage configurations and with tangential or radial discharge of working air. The main functions of the blower are controlled by digital signals with high accuracy and quick response. Each blower set is combined with a brushless motor, integrated or separate controller and fan system. Domel also offers tailor-made adjustments for a broad range of applications in vacuum and pressure devices. To ensure a long lifetime, all brushless blowers are equipped with thermal protection, soft start system, overcurrent protection, under- and overvoltage protection and speed control. An input signal of 0-10 VDC or PWM is used to set the speed. At the customer’s request, a speed output information or fault output signal is available.

Brushless blowers are most commonly used in various industrial machines. These include in particular fume/smoke extraction devices, printing and paper industry applications, handling and sorting devices, pneumatic transport, wrapping and packaging systems, ventilation and cooling devices, dryers of granulate and plastic materials, hand-dryers, industrial vacuum cleaners and fuel cells. Another important field of application of brushless blowers is medicine, where they are used for extracting smoke and particles during laser operations, in washer-disinfectors, in extractor devices in dental laboratories, in dental surgery, and in air beds for therapy and wound care.
