The 720 series of electronically commutated (EC) motors is designed to be used in battery-driven applications, available in voltages between 12 V and 48 V. In addition to its high efficiency and excellent power-to-weight ratio, the EC technology used also enables an exceptionally long lifetime.
Domel has responded quickly to the market demand and developed a new family of EC motors with a diameter of 48 mm. A wide range of stack heights are available – from 10 mm to 40 mm – which allows flexibility according to customer requirements and installation in end appliances. The motor is highly efficient, which is particularly important for the end user, as it allows for significantly longer autonomy of use. The 720 family of EC motors is designed for a power range of 100 to 2,500 W, and the electronics ensure precise regulation and rapid adjustment to various usage requirements. The motor has a modular design and can be used in various applications.
The motor can be equipped with optional Hall sensors, and can therefore be used in various types of controllers.
