Next-Generation EC Blowers for demanding Industrial applications
At Domel, we have developed a new generation of brushless EC blowers with IP55 protection, specifically designed for demanding industrial applications. These advanced blowers are engineered for optimal performance in environments with high humidity, dust, and water exposure, making them an ideal choice for a wide range of applications, including industrial vacuum cleaners, fuel cells, packaging and printing machines, and other applications exposed to harsh operating conditions.
Superior performance and versatility
The new EC blower stands out for its power and compactness, offering an exceptional power-to-weight ratio. Its design allows operation at power levels of up to 2.5 kW while meeting various industrial standards. It is available in multiple voltage configurations:
- Single-phase: 120 V and 230 V AC
- Three-phase: 400 V - 480 V AC
- High-voltage DC versions up to 1,000 V DC
The blower maintains consistent flow characteristics across all voltage options, ensuring excellent efficiency in converting electrical power into air power. It achieves a volumetric flow rate of up to 380 m³/h and a maximum pressure difference of 30 kPa.
Flexible Configuration and Easy Operation
The blower is available in both single-stage and two-stage configurations. It can be controlled using an analog or digital signal, enabling seamless integration into various devices and systems.
The unit be used either on the positive or negative pressure side.
Built-in Protection and Robust Design
To ensure safety and long service life, the blower is equipped with multiple protective features, including:
- Over-temperature protection
- Overload protection
- Overvoltage protection
- Overcurrent protection
